Veteran Mobility Benefits
If you are a Veteran who became mobility impaired due to MS or ALS after your honorable discharge from military service, you may be qualified to receive an auto allowance grant from the Department of Veterans Affairs in the amount of $18,900, which was increased on October 1, 2011 from $11,000. This increase will make it more affordable for you to purchase Mobility Vans or other products.
Additionally, VMI and our Select Dealer Network are offering $1,000 off a VMI wheelchair accessible van conversion to veterans who qualify for the Auto Allowance Grant (VA Form 21-4502) and have not already used it to purchase a mobility vehicle in the past.
